This month’s pack meeting is a holiday party and the opening ceremonies will begin PROMPTLY at 7PM. We would appreciate if you could arrive a few minutes early to get settled, so we can begin promptly at 7 and get our events running quickly. We have a busy night with a visit from Santa (bearing gifts – we need your help with this!) as well as game activities.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Please submit to your den leaders a small $5-10 wrapped and labeled gift for each of your children who are attending. They will receive this from Santa. Santa will also deliver Pinewood Derby cars to the scouts only (any siblings who wish to participate will have to purchase their own later).

2. Our sponsor family information was distributed at the November meeting. The flyer is also attached as a reminder. All contributions should be brought to this Pack meeting, UNWRAPPED. If you prefer, you can bring in a Visa gift card that our coordinator will use to purchase gifts for the family.

3. Pinewood Derby instructions will be given out and all parents will be required to sign off to confirm receipt of the rules and regulations. There will be a brief meeting to discuss this during the holiday events of the evening.
