Parade line up will be at 10:15 at the VFW Post located at 154 East Lake Blvd. We will march down to the monument next to CVS and the marina. There is a ceremony at the monument. The VFW also typically invites people to their post for refreshments afterward.
This will be our Bobcat ceremony, our first awards ceremony, team building fun and games, and honoring our veterans. If your Scout is receiving his/her Bobcat, he/she should be in attendance with a parent or adult partner to participate in the ceremony. Be sure to bring your cameras! We look forward to seeing you there!
This month's pack meeting is a holiday party and the opening ceremonies will begin PROMPTLY at 7PM. We would appreciate if you could arrive a few minutes early to get settled, so we can begin promptly at 7 and get our events running quickly. Once your child's car has completed the process, you are free to leave. There are no formal meeting activities. Each scout and sibling car will be given an assigned car number. Scouts will be assigned car numbers prior to weigh-in. Siblings will be assigned a number on weigh-in day. There is no specific location required
After the opening ceremony, we will begin racing from youngest rank to oldest rank, with multiple heats per den as determined by our scoring program. We typically are finished by 3:00pm. We will be holding a bake sale at the Derby (sign up sheet at the weigh-in) with proceeds supporting our February community service projects. Pizza and chips will
The fourth annual Pack Gives Back event! This meeting includes several service projects to benefit local organizations and show our community how much we care about those in need. We look forward to seeing you there!
We will line up somewhere near the Mahopac Fire Department and march to the KMart / Stop & Shop Plaza. There is parking with shuttle bus service from the KMart / Stop & Shop lot. Please come dressed in full Class A (dress) uniform. We look forward to seeing you there!
This will be a virtual kick-off meeting with a campfire and s'mores theme. Be prepared to make your own s'mores at home (no campfire required - just a microwave or oven)! Please have scouts in full dress uniform (Class A) for all Pack meetings. Be on the lookout for a zoom link in your email!
The Mahopac Library will be taking part in a state-wide event known as The Great Give Back. There will be a food and flag collection in the Library's Adult Garden on the 17th from 10 am - 2 pm (weather permitting). Non-perishable food items that are collected will be donated to the St. John's Food
