Once your child's car has completed the process, you are free to leave. There are no formal meeting activities. Each scout and sibling car will be given an assigned car number.  Scouts will be assigned car numbers prior to weigh-in.  Siblings will be assigned a number on weigh-in day.  There is no specific location required

After the opening ceremony, we will begin racing from youngest rank to oldest rank, with multiple heats per den as determined by our scoring program. We typically are finished by 3:00pm.
